We are located at 30733 E. Kings Canyon Rd. Squaw Valley, CA 93675. It is just off Hwy 180 near the Dollar General and in the same building as Bear Mountain Library. Please see the map below!

There is a non-refundable security deposit of $125.00 and a $75.00 cleaning deposit. Both are due at the time of booking. If the room is cleaned properly and there is no damage, the $75.00 cleaning deposit will be refunded to you. 

Your group will need to fill out a Club Annual Report Form linked HERE to submit to the Bear Mountain Activity Center Board. After reviewing your submission, you will be contacted with a date and time that your group will be added to a board meeting agenda. You will be given the opportunity to speak in front of the assembled clubs about your group and they will vote on whether they accept your new club into the group. Once accepted, your group will need to submit annual dues of $25 for the use of the room. Then, you are welcome to schedule your meeting time(s) and date(s) on our calendar. If you are booking a private event, such as a birthday party, retirement party, baby shower, etc. that does not share an affiliation with your club and is not open to the public, you will be charged the normal booking fees. If you are booking an event or fundraiser as a part of your club, the fees will be waived. If you have any questions as to what is or is not considered a club event, please contact our board for assistance.
